Client Development Executive, Singapore
Retail Insights & Support

  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of all retail initiatives and projects across Singapore
  • Assist in the planning of client trips for all international/regional events
  • Work closely with the Hosts to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Liaise with other markets in arranging client experiences overseas
  • Work closely with the Merchandising, Zone and Retail team during events to ensure smooth commercial activity for clients
  • Prepare regular performance/ clienteling/ business reports and analyses to support the Singapore management team in their objectives and in tracking ROI
  • Work closely with the Singapore retail teams to achieve clienteling objectives through data extraction and reports
  • Prepare presentation decks and materials for weekly/ monthly retail meetings with store managers and relevant department heads
  • Provide support for instore events, instore animations, and local events
  • Conduct regular store visits to understand the nuances between each store's target market and business environment Administration
  • Prepare materials for weekly/ monthly submission to the Finance department/ Financial management tool
Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Possesses intermediate competence in Microsoft functions (Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Positive, selfinitiative, a team player & willing to learn
  • Prior work experience in the retail/luxury industry will be advantageous
