Description

Responsibilities:

Confidently lead a small team of Researchers
Develop junior members on critical thinking and computational thinking skills
Able to solve problems creatively, and pivot responsively to operational changes

Conducting presentations of research results and analyses:

Strong in articulating concepts and ideas in clear and precise manner
Deployment of adjacent teams for operational work

Scripting, processing and delivery of accurate survey datasets to clients:

Maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, Computing, or any numerical fields preferred

At least 6 years of working experience, with leadership roles in market/consumer/social research:

Have
strong quantitative skills , confident and excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders
Analytical with attention to details and a team player

Highly comfortable dealing with large datasets using software (eg. SPSS, R, Python, Power BI etc.)

Familiarity with scripting and data collection platforms (e.g. WinCATI, Sensus, Forsta) an added advantage
