[What the role is]


As a Curriculum Development Specialist in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]


As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing national skills and assessment standards, and designing curriculum for training programmes for fresh school leavers and working adults.

Being at the forefront of curriculum planning, you are expected to keep abreast of industry developments and work closely with industry to identify new manpower needs in emerging as well as existing occupations.

[What we are looking for]

  • Credentials in electrical, electronics, mechanical or mechatronics engineering
  • At least 23 years of working experience in the engineering industry
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and project management skills
  • Excellent inquiry and analytical skills
  • A flair for writing
  • Industry experience in training & development is an added advantage
