    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

  • To raise purchase order to suppliers and order lab consumables and other needs, manage pricing comparison and cost
  • Ensure inventory and stock management are maintained
  • Safe management of chemical stocks and dangerous goods store
  • Maintain the relevant licences and permit . NEA, AVS and SFA for laboratory operations
  • Liaise wiht landlord and contractors . copier, cleaning, pest control and air-conditioners
  • Handle any repair or maintenance relating to the laboratory and office
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to colleagues and manager
  • Answer phone calls and enquiries
  • Assist in document preparation and data entry
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

  • Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline
  • Self-driven, highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
