_This is a 6-months full-time contract position. _
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Assistant to join our Finance team in the Singapore office.


Main Responsibilities:


  • To assist in credit control related activities, including sending out statement of accounts, chasing outstanding debts, generating ageing reports etc.
  • Conducting checks on customers, resolving queries in relation to outstanding premiums; reconciling monthend accounts.
  • Ensure timely payments; reconciliation of incoming funds and following up on new invoices.
  • Data entry; keeping all data uptodate.
  • Perform other functions or tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Diploma in accounting/finance or above.
  • Prior working experience in credit control/administrative experience gained from insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Good spoken & written English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
