Credit Control Assistant - Singapore - Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd

_This is a 6-months full-time contract position. _
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Assistant to join our Finance team in the Singapore office.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist in credit control related activities, including sending out statement of accounts, chasing outstanding debts, generating ageing reports etc.
- Conducting checks on customers, resolving queries in relation to outstanding premiums; reconciling monthend accounts.
- Ensure timely payments; reconciliation of incoming funds and following up on new invoices.
- Data entry; keeping all data uptodate.
- Perform other functions or tasks as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in accounting/finance or above.
- Prior working experience in credit control/administrative experience gained from insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Good spoken & written English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Good Excel skills.
- Immediately available is preferred.
