  • Analyze & verify the purchase requisition submitted by engineer department
- source and obtain quotation form vendors (price & quality comparison is required)

  • Negotiate price & terms with vendors
  • Develop new sources (potential supplier)
  • Raise & issue PR & PO
  • Monitor and expedite delivery according to planned schedule
- keep track all lock in order
- ensure all item purchased and receive according to spec
- price record and maintain in system
- maintain well tracking record
