Get to know the Business:

GrabRentals (GR) is a core pillar of Grab's Mobility business, with the primary objective of securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply for Grab's ride-hailing marketplace.

**Get to know the Team: **The GR team houses its own strategy, pricing & product design, sales, marketing, operations et al. functions, and also works very closely with other teams in Grab spanning business, operations, tech and analytics. This role will be a part of the Commercial team and responsible for revenue generation, managing marketing spend and creating new commercial products for GR.

Get to know the Role:

Recommend pricing for rental and rental products as well as new product offerings, business & additional revenue streams
Design tactical campaigns to improve acquisition and retention of existing hirers
Conduct market research from the PHV rental industry in other countries and provide recommendations on how it can be applied in Singapore
Analyse driver needs, build insights and strategize on initiatives that will enhance loyalty & retention via the current loyalty program
Tracking of product performances and making adjustments to products to meet business objectives
Creating dashboard and providing analysis insights for daily/weekly business review

The must haves:

Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Comfortable in using a datadriven approach to identify problems and implement solutions
Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision/goal
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite.
Pricing / marketplace / demandsupply shaping background is a plus.
