Responsibilities:


This job position is mainly responsible for sourcing and implementing partnership opportunities that will drive Fave's offline presence and adoption.

The role requires a business development/partnerships professional who can identify potential market players and develop the right strategy (including recommending & implementing business models/new solutions/innovation) and execution to pitch, engage and bring a partnership to fruition.

It is a job from thinking to implementing including identifying strategic partners, planning potential partnerships and business models, and leading own projects and interactions with partners and related parties to achieve business goals and overall objectives.

**As a Strategic Partnerships Manager (Offline), you will: - **- Identify and develop new partnerships focusing on partnerships with financial institutions and offline channels (Banks, Malls, Landlords, and Event Organisers)- Create a Go-To-Market plan for each partnership highlighting clear opportunities, product features, and business value for all stakeholders- Support GM and Head of Strategic Partnership by developing partnership strategy and securing partnership deals/campaigns to drive revenue, user acquisition, and/or merchant supply.- Own the Offline Partnerships P&L thereby ensuring revenue growth through new and existing partnerships- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fave's product expansion and partner's growth strategy, to identify creative solutions and partnership opportunities to drive higher ROI for partners and Fave- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships- Manage and track internal budgets, performance updates, and analysis, as well as end-to-end execution of all partnerships.- Work with stakeholders across marketing, product management, engineering, finance, legal, and data science to launch products and partnerships.- Drive and coordinate the creation of customer case studies, news stories, and press releases, capture competitive intelligence, and provide feedback to Product and Marketing on gaps and customer needs

**Requirements:
- *
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Marketing, or related fields 5 years of experience in Partnerships/Business Development/Events and at least 23+ years of experience working with Banks, Malls or Event Organisers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and cando attitude; willing to work in a team environment with fast pace and agility; able to implement partnership strategies and manage own projects
  • Ability to build crossfunctional relationships to create synergies
  • Understanding of the payments ecosystem is a plus
