    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Provide general department administrative process
    • Ensuring timely preparation and processing of various Maintenance reports
    • Ensuring timely submission of the reports by Vendors
    • Assist in coordinating the vendor engagement meetings
    • Assist Executives with procurement related matters with the Company's procurement team
    • Assist P&M's Managers in the scheduling and organising of meetings and visits to the vendors
    • Assist P&M's Managers in the preparation of reports, presentations and be briefs
    • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system
    • Document discussions, decisions, and resolutions of meetings.
    • Proper management and monitoring of department allocated funds.
    • Timely submission of accrual reports and lease agreements.
    • Verification of invoices against contracts to ensure factual figures.
    • Liaising with vendors for resolution when required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Degree or Diploma qualification in any discipline
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roleProficient in MS office
    • Knowledge on inventory management, contract management, procurement, enterprise resource system and SAP software is a plus
    • Analytical and able to resolve administrative issues
    • Good writing and communication skills
    • Able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
