Customer Engagement Officer - Singapore - ACHIEVE TECHNOLOGY ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD
Description
**Salary: $2,000 (min) + Incentive ($1,000 - $6,000)- Primary focus of handling customer's queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs and the ability to cross sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products via Inbound / Outbound Calls.
- Possess a salesfocused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
- 5 days' work week, Over-Time applicable whenever required by Management.
Job Requirements
- Energetic and proactive personality with good communication skills.
- Highly Motivated to have a career in Banking Sales.
- Minimum N-Level holders and above.
- Call Center experience handling Inbound / Outbound calls would be an advantage.
