Create lifting plans for both normal and critical lift situations- Manage and oversee lifting activities on the construction site
- Organize coordination and logistics meetings with subcontractors
- Perform visual inspections on cranes and lifting equipment
- Assist the site team in selecting appropriate lifting equipment for the required task
- Organize training for site staffs on safe handling of lifting equipment
