    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Department Head for Business Development and Marketing department.
    • Develop and Implementation of comprehensive sales & marketing strategies for the company.
    • Manage the overall brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
    • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
    • Experience in the recruitment or talent acquisition industry is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
