    Bank Customer Engagement Officer (Telesales) x 2

    (1 Year Renewable/Convertible Contracts)

    Salary: Up to $2,500 basic salary (based on experience) + High Commission

    Working Location: North, Accessible from Novena MRT

    Working Hours: 9 AM - 6:30 PM, Mon - Fri

    Job Description

    • To handle customer's queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs and the ability to cross sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products through Inbound Calls and Outbound Calls.
    • To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum N Level
    • Highly Sales Driven to achieve targets
    • Sales experience Required
    • Former / Current Insurance / Property Agents highly preferred
