ID Architects is looking for a Technical Executive to join the team.

This role will suit someone who has a keen interest in technical drawings and would like to pursue their career in one of the reputable architect firms in Singapore.

We value good talents and we will provide on the job training for those who are inexperienced.

You will have the opportunity to learn & hands-on a varied scope of duties and responsibilities including:

• Prepare architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software for submission to authorities.
• Correspond with the relevant authorities; if required.
• Liaise effectively with the Architects/Team Managers on the preparation and production of tender and construction drawings
• Opportunity of doing BIM Coordination
• Exposure to dynamo, rhino software, etc. for drawing production
• Onjob trainings and coaching will be provided for BIM software, Singapore Code compliances and submission to authorities.

You will be highly considered if you meet the following requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma qualifications related to Architectural
• Applicants of any background with the relevant qualification are welcome to apply
• Proficient in REVIT/AUTOCAD
• Good knowledge of BIM software
• Able to work both independently and in a team
