Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide PM/ BA support for global payments related project, focusing on identification & documentation of regional payments activities.
• Perform root cause analysis of payment related Operational Risk Events and how these will be resolved through identified solutions, identifying any gaps requiring further solutioning.
• Support Ops SME's in determining key business requirements for identification of payments flows. Identifying and documenting key data elements within processing systems to enable rules based controls to be set for management of large and anomalous payments.
• Deliver business requirements, prepare testing plans and execute/oversee testing and development of associated project artifacts as required for deliverables.
• Identify key with judgement for project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly.
• Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.

Qualifications/ Skills:

• 6-10 years' experience, with track record as a Business Analyst/ Program manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
• Knowledge of Markets Operations businesses/ functions is required. Knowledge & understanding of payments workflows and controls beneficial.
• Able to lead conference calls and produce meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Have experience of leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, including overseeing the development & implementation of the UAT test plan, scripts and tools using the detailed functional requirements document.
• Excellent Excel PowerPoint and process mapping skillsets required.
