- To lead a team of M&E Engineers.
- Responsible for leading the planning and design of Mechanical engineering works for building services and infrastructure works.
- Review reports, specifications, calculations, drawings, and other documents prepared for the different stages of a project.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical engineering works.
- Work together with other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as to ensure excellent service delivery to Clients.
- Job Title will correspond with project experience acquired and individual competency in technical knowledge/skills, project management, and contract administration.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
- Registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical engineering design for building services and infrastructure works.
- Good working experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record in major development projects.
- Conversant with local codes and regulations, and authority submission procedures.
- Strong planning, organizational and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit is advantageous.
