- Greet and welcome guest with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the dishes.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, upholding our company's standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, especially during peak hours.
- Support various restaurant duties as required, including but not limited to table setup, clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with opening and closing tasks/procedures.
- Maintain professional restaurant image, and ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- At least 2 years experience working in a servicing environment in a Japanese restaurant.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
