Job Description

• Greet and welcome guest with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the dishes.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, upholding our company's standards of presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, especially during peak hours.
• Support various restaurant duties as required, including but not limited to table setup, clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with opening and closing tasks/procedures.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, and ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years experience working in a servicing environment in a Japanese restaurant.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
