What the role is

You will be part of a dynamic team who carries out communications and engagement functions to ensure effective and timely communications of MOF's policies and initiatives.

You will co-develop and implement effective integrated communications and engagement strategies including social media strategies and digital marcoms.

What you will be working on

Develop and implement strategic communications plans across communications and engagement platforms including social media, issues management and media management.
Play a leading role in strategizing and growing MOF digital media assets (include MOF corporate social media accounts, website)
Conceptualise, write and copyedit publicity materials.
Transform technical/complex information into compelling concepts/stories and scripts for publicity materials including videos, animation and graphic designs
Some basic handson design of visual contents

What we are looking for

Tertiary qualification in mass communication or related fields
At least 15 years of working experience in a similar field
Experience in developing and implementing communications strategies and campaigns for platforms including social media and media
Strong interest/experience in social media
Keen interest in national and public policy issues
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Selfmotivated and a good team player
Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment and with tight deadlines
Basic social media content production skills such as graphics is a bonus
