Description

Be punctual for their duties

Exhibit professionalism and be service-oriented ( to have customer service experience)

Loading passengers' bags and luggage onto taxis

Diverting and assisting passengers to opt for different modes of transport during periods of low taxi supply or any other time periods decided by client

Provide passengers with accurate information about Airport.

Other adhoc duties as directed by client and the appointed Contractor that is managing taxi operations which includes but not limited to:

Clearing trolleys within the taxi roadway and terminal building and placing them in a designated area as instructed by client or its appointed Contractor

Collaborating with the existing taxi coordination team to facilitate efficient passenger allocation and to manage passenger queue. When deemed necessary, queue diversion has to be carried out

Assisting with shuttle bus services by directing passengers to shuttle bus stops, providing information on shuttle bus routes and schedules
