Description

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
  • Followup on outstanding cases and perform callback to customers when necessary
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned

Requirements:


  • Highly adaptable to a fastpaced and a dynamic environment
  • Experience in customer service or call centre is advantageous
  • Able to converse in two or more languages

Working Hours:
(44 hours a week)


  • 8.30am 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • May be required to work on a Saturday on occasions
