Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Followup on outstanding cases and perform callback to customers when necessary
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Highly adaptable to a fastpaced and a dynamic environment
- Experience in customer service or call centre is advantageous
- Able to converse in two or more languages
Working Hours:
(44 hours a week)
- 8.30am 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- May be required to work on a Saturday on occasions
