Responsibilities:


  • Lead the team responsible for Channel integration, Product Roadmap Definition, Infrastructure build up.
  • Design cooperation models related to bank credit cards and cryptocurrency, including but not limited to transactions, points, payments, etc.
  • Working with Business very closely, not only supporting features from Product perspective but driving Business forward from end to end.
  • You will work externally with different crypto exchange,wallet,etc.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Technical team, Risk, Compliance team, Big Data team, and cross functionally.

Requirements:


  • Rich experience in Financial Institutions and Crypto/Web3 companies, with senior management experience.
  • Past experience in Card issuing, Card scheme like Visa/Mastercard/Amex/JCB, payment processing or Card Acquirer is a must.
  • Past exeperince in Crypto exchanges, Web3, or fintech is preferred.
  • Experience in issuing Crypto Backed credit/debit card and Stable Coins will be highly valued.
  • Knowledgeable of relevant laws and regulations, compliance rules, and risk management methods.
  • Self motivated and well organized.
Strong communicator and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Business proficiency in Chinese in order to alise with Chinese clients.
