Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all IT Applications related queries. Manage the Salesforce CRM system projects and ensure user queries and issues are resolved.
- Manage the Intranet system and ensure user queries and issues are resolved.
- Take part in compliance and audits of related systems.
- Manage a team of executives.
- Translate user problems into technical requirements.
- Provide training to end users
- Take on new IT Application systems as and when assigned to.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related qualification
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce CRM system, and managing and implementing of intranets
- Knowledge in middleware technology such as SAP Cloud Integration, Dell Boomi and Mulesoft.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Possess team management experience and good communication skills
