Job Description
Our team has a suite of exciting Padel projects underway and we are looking for the right candidate to help us execute them in the Lead Gen & Marketing Coordinator role. With various Padel facilities and initiatives on the horizon, we're hiring a skilled marketer or to design and oversee marketing campaigns across platforms to reach company goals, increase brand awareness and lead facility operations. The ideal candidate also enjoys being hands-on and is great at supporting ops functions.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead Gen Specialist
SEO skills are essential
Ability to research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research and content generation
Write between 10 to 20 pieces of high-quality, organic search-optimized web content per month, adhering to strict quality guidelines, including blogs and newsletter
Independently manage production schedules to meet stringent internal deadlines
Conduct competitor and keyword research to produce top-ranking content
Develop targeted SEO content for multi channels including newsletter, Medium, Community Platforms, Guest Posts, PR web etc
2. Marketing Coordinator
Work directly with stakeholders and content teams to design and implement marketing campaigns
Perform competitive research to understand what's happening in the market and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results
Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders
Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and report key findings to stakeholders
3. Padel Operations Support
Be our Prime Padel champion and customer relations ambassador
Ensure the conscience of Prime's culture is present through our operations, services and state of our facilities
Implement strategies to attract and retain customers for court rentals, lessons and Academy
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness of our Padel events and facility.
Education
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Required Skills and Experience
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and conducting research to understand the company's customer base and ability to reach campaign objectives.
On-trend with the latest marketing tools and information
Background in fitness (HIIT, yoga, Pilates etc) is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
