3. Culinary Creativity: Designs enticing dishes with seasonal ingredients, reflecting the restaurant's identity and keeping customers excited about the dining experience.

4. Staff Management: Supervises kitchen personnel, ensuring high productivity and teamwork, while also handling scheduling, training, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
