Job Description _

  • Liaison with local, regional, and state governmental authorities and ensure all required legal documents submitted comply with relevant requirements i.e. MOM, SCDF, NEA, etc.
  • Leads and attends to any external audit or survey associated with the Environmental, Health and Safety
  • Conducts EHS audits at the local and regional sites in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Maintains, updates and organizes EHS legal documentations, permits, SDS, KPI data and updates into corporate Brady EHS data automation management system (BEAKER, Link 360 and SQDCCE)
  • Conducts EHS Orientation & Training to employees and contractors
  • Assesses and identifies potential site EHS risks that may warrant action, evaluates the impact and implements the mitigation plan.
  • Conducts EHS committee meetings, inspections, and safety promotional and communication activities at site.
  • Drives and leads plant Emergency Response planning and other activities in compliance with SCDF and Corporate Loss Prevention
  • Works with site operations team to inspect machines/equipment/processes for accident prevention program, conducts hazard identifications and risk assessment.
  • Educates and trains internal staff to ensure they understand and comply with the regulations.
  • Leads corrective action efforts with various functions for any EHS system non compliances.
  • Participates in the investigation of all recordable accidents and incidents, and assists in creating corrective action/mitigation plans.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of Environment, Health and Safety programs in line with Corporat
  • Coordinates tracking, collection, and repe CPE and other programs and ensures compliance to local statutory and regulatory requirements. orting of EHS performance metrics/improvement across the regional businesses.
  • Ensures effective working relationships with Corporate EHS staff and other regional EHS Leaders to leverage best practices.
  • Ensure lessons learned are communicated throughout the business and incorporated into EHS ITO risk matrix.
  • Supports and coordinates safety of all the construction, renovation, and remodeling work of site facilities to ensure all EHS aspects and requirements are met.
  • Acts as site EMR (EnvironmentalManagement Representative) and be the owner of custody for all Environmental Policies.
  • Ensures timely completion of reports which include (but are not limited to) air emission permits and records, regulated waste shipment records, countryspecific injury and illness data, accident investigation and insurance records, industrial hygiene investigations and monitoring records, and ergonomic evaluation records.
  • Acts as site EMR (Environmental Management Representative) and be the owner of custody for all Environmental Policies.

  • Requirement _
  • Registration as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental field.
  • Profound knowledge of Government Regulations pertaining to Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental areas.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and ISO documentation processes.
