Minimally 8 years of Business Partnering experience

Strong handson business strategic partnering
At least 2 years of managerial capacity

Reporting to the Head of Department, the
HRBP will be responsible with partnering the management, business units, staffs and etc to acheive the goals and objectives of the company.

He/She will be establishing a clear understanding of the recruitment needs for the various departments, and work closely with vendors and hiring managers on manpower planning.

Moreover, the incumbent will be responsible to strategise and proactively use data and technologies to improve HR effectiveness.

The successful applicant will be working within a fast-paced well-established organization.

Adecco is partnering with a well-established organization from the Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the HR Team to develop people strategy as well as to provide support for business strategy
Develop a strategic workplace planning to ensure meeting of both short term and longterm talent requirements
Responsible for talent management, succession planning and talent acquisition
Define roles and expectations to align KPIs
Initiate projects to improve organization efficiencies and identify opportunities to improve employee engagement
Establish clear understanding of the recruitment needs for various departments
Provide guidance with HR processes and tools to manage and develop employees
Strategise and proactively use data and technologies to improve HR effectiveness

Requirements:

At least a Degree of related fields.
Minimally 8 years of strong hands on business partnering experience
Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
Prior experience in the Healthcare industry is a strong advantage
Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
