    Roles & Responsibilities

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Pursuit Manager to support opportunities

    and bids in all stages of the pursuit management process, ensuring timely submission

    of compelling proposals that align with our clients' needs and regional objectives.

    He/she will coordinate tender lifecycles amongst multi-disciplinary teams and ensure

    collaboration and win-win outcomes for the stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play

    a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively implementing our regional

    pursuit management processes, collaborating with internal teams as required.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets and in line with the Asia Strategy Plan.
    • Lead the end-to-end opportunity management process, from initial RFP review to final submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
    • Ensure that bid preparation process meets the business compliance requirements and complies with the Asia Delegation of Authority
    • Liaise with internal and external parties to obtain information for preparation of proposals/bids.
    • Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers and subject matter experts to gather relevant information and develop comprehensive proposals.
    • Follow up on tender submissions such as tender clarifications and support the preparation of tender interviews.
    • Maintain updated records of Regional Opportunities as well as proposal activities including status updates and submissions history.
    • Ensure that bids are input/updated into the CRM system. Responsible for updating the various systems such as CRM and databases.
    • Prepare regular reports with analysis of bid performance, pipeline and business development activities for management review.
    • Ensure support team members consolidate and deliver the submissions timely.
    • Attend to various audits such as SHEQ, financial and compliance, as required
    • Responsible to participate and support the company's SHEQ within scope of duties.
    • Analise past proposal performance metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for enhance proposals.
    • Create and maintain proposal templates and reusable materials to streamline the proposal development process.
    • Ensure marketing brochures, track records and curriculum vitae are up to-date.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop marketing collaterals, presentation and other materials supporting business development efforts
    • Participate in different Regional Development initiatives with the objective of developing a successful Regional Model
    • Maintain relationship with clients with updates on latest developments and offerings
    • Collaborate closely with the Asia Key Account Management team to execute strategic initiatives, align proposal strategies and identify growth opportunities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
    • Project management accreditation an advantage
    • Proven experience in proposal management, business development or related roles within the consulting industry
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and make sound recommendations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
    • Proficiency in Office 365. Excellent understanding and use of SharePoint will be an advantage
