- Manage CFGS Teaching & Learning facilities (e.g. furniture) and Audio-Visual (AV) equipment which includes purchasing, repairing and maintaining the items. This function may require working with appropriate vendors.
- Conduct briefings and refreshers to users (including adjunct lecturers) on how to use the AV equipment, and resolving any issues that comes up.
- Support CFGS Admin Head on assets, stores and facilities management
- Assist to put up purchases in Gebiz e-catalogue for CFGS
- Provide admin support to CFGS Full-Time staff and adjunct lecturers, including recruitment, resignation, retirement, contract renewals, etc.
- Provide logistics and procurement support for CFGS events e.g. Open House, Freshmen Orientation, etc.
- Any other duties as may be assigned
- Familiar with different audio-visual (AV) and lecture recording set-ups
- Able to perform checks on audio-visual systems to determine faults
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of AV equipment and other administrative duties
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
