Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly sales target
• Conduct sales appointments with clients by providing an exceptional level of customer service and consultation
• Partner and work with our inhouse seamstress for dress fitting and alteration requirements
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities including wedding shows, styled shoots, media presentations, trunk shows, etc.
• Responsible for administrative duties including appointment management, stocktaking, upkeep the general cleanliness and maintenance of the store, update sales reports and client orders, etc.
• Provide regular sales, fashion trends and industry feedback to the Directors
• Travelling is required to our Jakarta store (< 20% of the time)

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Fashion or Business
• Prior or existing experience is preferred
• Possess a strong customer service and positive attitude, eloquent and a good team player with high EQ
• Good technical and dressmaking skill is highly desirable
• Keen eye for fashion and trends
• Weekend work is a requirement
