Conduct recruitment exercises
Handling cessation matters
Letters & Memo preparation for distribution for sites
Contract for Officers/Staffs
Planning of officers daily deployment on different sites
Scheduling officers for courses
Employee Compensation & Benefits
Handling of staffs/officers leaves/mc
Monthly inventory counts
Checking on officers' daily attendance
Preparing monthly payroll processing & salary computing
Handling monthly invoices
Daily administrative duties as assigned
Report to General Manager & Managing Director
Requirement:
- Fast learner
Able to work independently
Able to work in multi-tasking environment
