Proactively monitor all incident and service request- Timely escalation of incidents to meet SLA.
- Alerts monitoring and escalations.
- IT service management Process Knowledge.
- Perform backup monitoring and escalations.
- SAN and NAS monitoring and reporting.
- Account Management for agencies.
- Review of automated reports and escalation of incidents/issues to POCs.
- Adhoc task based on operational/project requirement.
