The Specialist ("Specialist") is a key commercial position that is dedicated to delivering Mesh Bio's healthcare software solutions to customers and partners.

The Specialist is expected to work together with other company functions, including the Sales and the Product Management departments in meeting customers' needs.


  • Responsibilities and Duties
  • Documenting and verifying Customer's feedback/requirements
  • Implement custom requirements for configurable products such as reporting templates, patient's questionnaires, frontend UI and recommendations logic etc.
  • Lead the testing and validation of custom requirements to ensure smooth deployment
  • Handle customer feedbacks and funnelling them to help shape the product roadmap
  • Assist the customer's discovery process, helping to unearth the customer's business objectives and current pain points and feedback to Product
  • Propagate newly implement features to existing customers
  • Help with custom requirements during new customer onboarding, when required
  • Maintain internal SOPs and documentations
  • Maintain the Customer's manual when required
  • Contribute to the success of a rapidly changing and growing organization
  • This position is required to work from Friday to Monday with Fridays and Mondays in person, in office.
  • Qualifications
  • Min Bachelor's in Life Science, Nursing or Biomedical Engineering
  • 12 years prior experience in a customerfacing in a healthcare setting is preferred, able to handle and speak to professionals such as doctors and nurses
  • Keen interest in HealthTech and comfortable in learning configurations in programming languages such as html, css, latex, python, bitbucket, semaphore
  • Comfort with the testing, validation, and deployment cycle
  • Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders
  • Ability to multitask and manage tasks with varying priorities
  • Goaloriented, resilient and able to complete difficult tasks
