Description
Perform Monthly payroll in accordance with Singapore statutory requirements.

  • Ensure all uptodate data collection and input to maintain and update payroll information.
  • To ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulations, including preparation of IR21, IR8A, leave pay and claims etc.
  • Handle government paid leave claim submission.
  • To handle tax clearance matters.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Preparation of payroll reports and payslips and timely delivery of the same to clients
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good Knowledge of human resources functions, payroll and employment related laws and best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
