Payroll Associate - Singapore - ACCLIME SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Perform Monthly payroll in accordance with Singapore statutory requirements.- Ensure all uptodate data collection and input to maintain and update payroll information.
- To ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulations, including preparation of IR21, IR8A, leave pay and claims etc.
- Handle government paid leave claim submission.
- To handle tax clearance matters.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Preparation of payroll reports and payslips and timely delivery of the same to clients
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good Knowledge of human resources functions, payroll and employment related laws and best practices in Singapore.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
