Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Answer employees' queries about HRrelated issues
- Administer payroll for employees in Singapore and Hong Kong office
- Gather staffing needs from the Head of Departments and create and publish job ads
- Issue invoices to clients
- Draft terms & conditions when needed
- Process monthly office and staff expenses
- Administer group benefits plan for employees
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Manage the company's liabilities (e.g. insurance premiums)
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred
- Proven work experience as a Business/Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times
