Our geographical reach also includes associate/affiliate firms in Korea, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Europe and the Middle East. CorpXervices is looking for highly motivated, analytical and committed individual(s) to join us.


Responsibilities:


Corporate compliance

  • Manage a portfolio of clients consisting of private and foreign companies in providing corporate secretarial agent services.
  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties.
  • To provide guidance and coaching to the support teams to ensure compliance with regulation, implement a system to monitor current and implementing changes to regulation and make appropriate undated on time.
  • To review and perform client KYC (Know Your Client) and Due Diligence checking for new & onboarding clients including liaison, executing and coordination with third parties.
  • To review, manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of our client annual return filling on time.
  • Assist in the incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices and other entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws.

Corporate advisory

  • Provide advisory on corporate secretarial matters for Singapore and foreign companies.
  • Advising clients' business and individuals create strategies for dealing with their corporate matter.

Managing the department

  • Implement and maintain effective control procedures over all aspect of process within the department.
  • Plan and develop overall task for each calendar year and coordinate timing with the team.
  • Preparing budgeting and target, present monthly report to management.
  • Performance appraisal for teams member and set their KPI.
  • Manage and mentor team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.
  • Exploring and identifying new technologies which can assist with making the compliance work more efficient less error prone. Working with our innovation manager to work on improvements.

Requirements:


  • Relevant university degree, ICSA / CSIS, or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate secretarial work
  • Conversant with ACRA Microsoft office (words & Excel)
  • Strong team player with a good work attitude
  • Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, proactive, initiative and able to perform the above duties independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skill with people of all levels
  • Excellent client servicing and strong problemsolving skill
  • Leadership skill is highly desirable
  • Organised, meticulous, deadline oriented with good time management
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision
