Coordinating and ensure smooth completion of business transactions

  • Manage and track ongoing order books, logistics and initiate supporting activities
  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining positive customer experience
  • Ability to implement innovative ideas to improve the efficiency of Internal Operation
  • Liaising with Banks for sales related transactions such as preparing documents for letter of credit
  • Processing customers' orders/payments and coordinate seafreight shipments
  • Preparing document such as SQ, PI, SC, CI, PL and COO-FTA
