Description

Our client, a global leader & MNC in food & beverage ingredients is seeking to hire Treasury Executive, Payments. The role will support the payments process of entities under the company's group, across several business units, in multiple currencies and through multiple bank accounts in different geographic locations

About the Job:

Daily processing of outward remittance and banking transactions through inhouse systems
Proactively follow up with enquiries from business units or banks on remittances
Ensure payment file batches are approved on a timely basis
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on hosttohost transmission matters or issues
Be familiar with internal and bank's sanctions screening and antimoney laundering compliance requirements on remittance transactions
Ensure payments that are to be executed meet relevant regulatory requirements and internal operational policies/ procedures
Participate in UAT associated with systems upgrade, changes or migration
Work with internal stakeholders and external banks to ensure smooth and timely payment execution.

Requirements:

Graduate Diploma/Degree in Accounting with min 3yrs & above working experience in Accounts Payable department or treasury banking/payments experience
Be able to work in a fastpaced environment and comfortable working with banking cutoff time pressures in the payments space.
Willingness to take ownership, have a sense or urgency and reliability in execution of tasks assigned
