Description
The Personal Assistant will be providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Management team. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks and providing proactive support. The incumbent will report to Management.- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Management Team for business or personal matters as well as their team members for businessrelated matters
- Facilitate meetings (including taking meeting minutes and equipment setup), workshops, conferences, seminars, events, and businessrelated activities etc.
- Schedule appointments, and dining arrangements, and maintain of the calendar for management.
- Arrange travel arrangements (flight, hotel, visa, transport, dining and etc) including for all other staff as required.
- To follow up with all actions required after the meeting and ensure all required actions are carried out and no deadlines are missed.
- Primary point of contact between the executive and all other stakeholders.
- Expense claims for the Management team as well as their team members.
- Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentation slides.
- To cover other Personal Assistants when required.
- Provide personal assistance as required.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, versatile, and highly independent with a positive working attitude.
- Able to work on weekends, flexible to work occasional public holiday and evenings when the need arise.
- Experience in real estate industry, building or facilities management will be an advantage.
Salary:
$4, $8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
