    Roles & Responsibilities


    This position reports to the CEO .The HR Director is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization.

    This includes strategic planning, policy development, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Competence in budgeting and financial management to effectively allocate resources within the HR department.


    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to address employee relations issues effectively.
    • Knowledge of online sourcing tools and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
    • Demonstrate ability to lead and inspire HR teams, providing guidance and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
    • Ability to make HR decisions that contribute to the overall business success.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues.
    • Effective project management skills to oversee HR initiatives and ensure timely and successful implementation.
