- Product Documentation Coordinator
- Operationalize and spearhead the GM product management process for products under the purview of the Pre-Trade Approval Group and the Product Program Committee.
- Partner with GM Product Managers from Front Office to facilitate new product launches and ongoing product review of existing products.
- Proactive management of key stakeholders (e.g. risk management, technology and operations, finance, legal and compliance, etc) to ensure key considerations and associated issues, if any, are addressed in a timely fashion to shorten the "time-to-market" for new products / markets.
- Maintenance of product documentation and information database.
- Degree in Banking & Finance or Accountancy, or relevant disciplines.
- Degree, or last year undergrads, in Banking & Finance or Accountancy. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experienced hires with background in Global Markets/ Treasury, Operational Risk Management (ORM) or Audit function will be considered favorably.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude.
- Basic to advanced MS Access, Excel and Word skills.
- Good in documentation and admin work.
- Strong team player and able to speak well.
- Able to work OT as and when required
