Description
**Accounts Executive (AR)Job Description:
- Majority in Account Receivables functions
- Generate Sales Invoice, Sales Delivery Order (DO) from accounting system
- Key in receipt from customer and follow up customer payment status with sales person
- Work closely with project team for customer claim status
- Assist in prepare reports relates to Accounts Receivables
- Perform any other duties assigned by Superior from time to time
Requirement:
- Diploma in accounting with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and accounting software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates
- Initiative, possesses positive attitude and good team player
