- Conduct lessons, create teaching and assessment materials, and facilitate learning for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education & Training (CET) students (youths and adult learners)
- Develop and maintain new/existing teaching curriculum and ensure industry relevancy
- Work with external partners and SP schools/departments to coordinate and deliver modules effectively
- Help craft and run unique institutional programmes and initiatives
- Assist module teams to support the module teaching staff in delivering lessons and carry out other module-related matters effectively
- Assist in the School's industry partnership efforts
- Passionate about education and possess strong interest in teaching and mentoring both youths and adult learners
- Self-driven, independent and possess readiness to work as a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- People-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Enjoy new challenges and executing projects
- Relevant qualification in the field of English Language/Applied Linguistics/Mass Communication/Communication Studies/Arts and Social Sciences
- Candidates who possess experience in teaching at tertiary level or corporate training will have an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of digital tools for teaching and social media would be desirable
