    Position objective and summary

    • With a focus on software upgrading, government grant applications, and discovering new recruitment channels on social media. Bringing a proactive approach and strong analytical skills to optimize HR processes and contribute to the organization's growth.

    Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

    • Work closely with the HR team to understand the current training system and software components.
    • Research available government grants for training and equipment.
    • Assist in the application process for government grants, compile and submit grant applications accurately.
    • Explore and identify new recruitment channels, including TikTok and popular social media platforms.
    • Any other ad-hod jobs assigned.

    Job requirements

    • Collaboration with the HR team to comprehend the existing training system and software components.
    • Research on available government grants for training and equipment.
    • Assistance in the accurate application process for government grants
    • Exploration and identification of new recruitment channels and interested in software applications, quick learner of new technologies.
    • Flexibility and readiness to perform other ad-hoc jobs as assigned.
