Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of clients' corporate secretarial matters
- Being responsible and handle incorporation of companies, registration of foreign entities and limited liability partnerships. Striking off companies
- Preparing minutes of meetings, resolutions and supporting documents
- Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA Update and maintain statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act
- Prepare board resolutions and minutes Prepare and filing of eforms (ACRA) and estamping of transfer forms
- Perform any other secretarial duties as assigned by the management
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Degree / ICSA holder or currently pursuing ICSA course
- Conversant with Singapore Companies Act and familiar with regulatory and reporting requirement
- Min. 4 years of Experience in Related Field
- Independent and proactive to respond to client's queries
- Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with all stakeholders
Other Information
- Location: Central with MRT
- Monthly Salary: S$4000 or Above + Bonuses
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
