Description
**Officer (1 year Contract Customer Service Officer)- Understand customers' needs and to provide complete and accurate information to resolve queries in a professional and timely manner.
- To keep records details of customer interactions and transactions, including the details of inquiries, comments, complaints and action taken.

- Work with different business units to provide customers a onestop solution.
- To perform in any other duties and/or projects as needed.
Qualification/Any Specific Skills Set Required:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Possession of General Insurance Certificates in BCP, PGI and HI certified is required in order to handle calls from external.
- At least 2 years working experience in relevant industry, preferably in a Contact Centre.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in English (Written and Oral)
