**Officer (1 year Contract Customer Service Officer)

  • Understand customers' needs and to provide complete and accurate information to resolve queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • To keep records details of customer interactions and transactions, including the details of inquiries, comments, complaints and action taken.
  • Follow
- up with customers within a stipulated agreed turnaround time.

  • To keep record details of customer interactions and transactions, including the details of inquiries, complaints and actions taken.
  • Work with different business units to provide customers a onestop solution.
  • To perform in any other duties and/or projects as needed.

Qualification/Any Specific Skills Set Required:


  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Possession of General Insurance Certificates in BCP, PGI and HI certified is required in order to handle calls from external.
  • At least 2 years working experience in relevant industry, preferably in a Contact Centre.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in English (Written and Oral)
