- Close collaboration with PD/PM to align with project intentions and develop QAQC management strategies accordingly.
- Handle interactions with authorities, clients, and consultants.
- Support QAQC Manager in upholding Project Quality System following international and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to Project Quality System and construction quality requirements.
- Develop inspection and test plans based on contract specifications.
- Coordinate project quality control activities.
- Identify operational procedures impacting quality and suggest enhancements to the quality system.
- Conduct testing as per inspection and test plan to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Implement and oversee tagging procedures at various levels.
- Collaborate with M&E department on installations and testing.
- Document deficiencies and issue re-work orders.
- Coordinate with external labs for material testing.
- Conduct site visits as per project needs.
- Engage with suppliers/vendors on quality control matters.
- Prepare reports on Authority inspections.
- Conduct punch walks for handling over process.
- Assist in preparing handling over documents.
- Maintain up-to-date site inspection records and QAQC documents.
- Verify work progress and material supply status for rectification and claims.
- Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health practices.
- Implement safety standards on site.
- Participate in daily site coordination meetings.
- Assist in CONQUAS and QM assessments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of quality control/assurance experience in construction industry.
- Proficient in IMS International standards.
- Demonstrated experience in quality control implementation.
- Familiar with local building regulations.
- Knowledge of documentation procedures.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and propose solutions.
