Job Summary:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee and maintain strong relationships with our Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) clients.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our SMEs clients receive excellent customer service, managing their accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business strategies, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide tailored solutions and support
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality customer service and meet clients' expectations
Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities, leveraging the company's product and service offerings
Prepare and deliver presentations to SMEs clients, showcasing the company's value proposition and capabilities
Manage clients' accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payments, and contract renewals
Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other business forums to expand the company's presence and visibility
Provide regular reports to management on clients' performance, satisfaction, and feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the SMEs segment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and market trends
