Topographic Surveyor - Singapore - INSIGHTS TABLE PTE. LTD.

Description

Location: Changi Airport (Mostly air-conditioned areas)

3-month + 1-year contract (with the option to renew)

$12 - $15.50 / hour, approximately 8 hours shift (MN Shift Available)

$2100 - $2700 per month

Job Scope

Input passenger counting and observation information onto a tablet

Approach passengers to conduct short surveys (Up to 5 questions) on passenger's experience

Able to handle passengers' queries and feedback, customer service oriented

Ensure all data collected are accurately input into the system.

Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely

Job requirements and expectations

Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably

Proficient in the use of iOS or Android tablets

Past experience in customer service, traffic counting or as market research surveyor /interviewer would be beneficial

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Selected candidates will need to undergo 1 day of paid training

Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between).
