Description

We are a Construction and Renovation Company looking for an Account Assistant.

  • Assist in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into the accounting system
  • Handling full spectrum of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable including Invoicing, Receipts & Payments
  • Prepare and check summary payment to subcontractors and suppliers, including issuing cheques and payment vouchers
  • Prepare monthly payments for GIRO expenses/staff claim/petty cash and key into the accounting system
  • Assist in handling a full set of accounts for auditing at the end of the Financial Year
  • Assist HR Dept in Payroll Administration
  • General Duties including documentation filing, updating data, billing, collections, payments, etc
  • Any adhoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Auto Count accounting software will be advantageous
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, problem-solving skill, positive attitude, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction or Renovation Company
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • 5 Working Days per week
