    Roles & Responsibilities

    In line with FastCo's vision "To provide everyone with equal access to job opportunities", the Company recently launched FastGig, a flexible workforce platform to match qualified casual workers to employers.

    We are looking for energetic, proactive, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executive/Manager. You will be working in the HR recruitment industry and be responsible for proposing FastGig's products and services to solve employer needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Promote FastGig's products and services to potential customers

    Identify and actively seek out sales opportunities

    Achieve monthly revenue targets

    Work closely with customers to build long-term relationships

    Manage the whole sales process from prospecting, pitching, negotiating etc.

    Work with customers and internal teams to ensure that the customers' needs are met

    Key Requirements

    Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales with a track record of consistently achieving targets.

    Able to work independently & is self-motivated

    Proactive and sales driven with a good customer service mindset

    Team player and works well in a collaborative environment

    Fluent in English

    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Relish the challenge of working in a fast pace startup

    Knowledge in the HR recruitment industry will be an added advantage
